David Cain is a British Composer, Conductor and Music Producer.

He has scored theatre productions, advertisements and short Films. His music credits include work for the Helen Bamber Foundation’s ad, Such a Loser working in connection with staff from Karamarama. His music, combined with this project gained interest from creatives in Los Angeles where it went onto win an ADCAN award. David has recently finished scoring, Mairi, a short film written and directed by Natalie Malla which will be released in 2021. He has spent his time during the National Lockdown writing various themes for the YouTube series, Locked Down and Dating, created by ‘Reframed Collective’. He has also recently written introductions for numerous Podcasts on Spotify namely,  'CXellent: The Miuros Podcast' and 'Tunes for your Earholes'. David is currently scoring the short film, I am a Unicorn staring Isabelle Schuler, directed by Natalie Malla.

David has decided to further his studies at the Royal College of Music studying an MMus in Composition for Screen and has been awarded the 'John Barry Scholarship for Film Composition'.He is incredibly excited about his musical future.
